T: How would you evaluate the service quality of Teknogon?A.V.: The most important characteristic of Teknogon, that distinguishes itself from the competitors is the service quality. The most important day for a retailer is the day of the store opening. But before one can open the store, the problems and stress levels are at peak because the date is fixed and there is no turning back. If you prepare everything from construction to the cabinet and to personal and even if you have your products in the respecting sections there may be one accessory that does not fit in the products and this can cause you uneasiness. Because this is the time you get your professional satisfaction and your professional pleasure is at its climax. And than this one accessory will come back to your mind and will tell you that something is wrong. This is the time when Teknogon will search and find the proper part from the warehouse and deliver it to you. Apart from all these, Teknogon has been working with the same team for many years, has very good relations with the customers and most important, they are focused on solutions and therefore we made it to this day as good partners. T: What can you tell about the quality and variety about our products? A.V.: The products from almost all manufacturers are capable of carrying for example an 18 kg heavy oil can. Here the focus on solution should be especially stressed. The proper rack, stand and foot for the products we want to sell are designed and prepared; the customer has easy access and also they are visually acceptable. Also in this field Teknogon is special. Building a market is not easy at all. It needs to combine greengrocery, cosmetics, butchers and even a good textile shop on various square meters where the transition from one to another have to fit and all the details have to be considered for racks or accessories. |

A.V.: Naturally, the continuation of the sales points we opened together with Teknogon shows the success. All of them are a history for themselves, are sleepless nights and immense labor. I would like to take the opportunity to thank the friends in your company and everybody else who worked together. All together we worked with an unbelievable speed and opened beautiful stores. I can still see both teams integrated and working together, erecting sections and placing products on the racks, or even cleaning the shop together just to make it on time for the grand opening. |

T: What is the added value and advantage of Teknogon products to you? A.V.: The most important thing to keep things erect is the spine. The spine in our stores are the racks. That means, if you want to keep your store upright, you have to determine your display racks very well. When you buy display racks you have to consider subjects like visual aspect, quality, stability, easy mantling and dismantling, cleaning, completion of the parts within a short time, service in good time. These all should be an integral part of the total during the opening. You should also consider the fact that fast going parts should not harm the product and should not increase your return rate, the material should protect its looks of the first day.
