T: What is the level of quality you receive from Teknogon?A.A.: In our sector material quality as well as service quality are very important factors. Our suppliers have to meet our demands within a short time and in a correct way. Our relations with the suppliers are not limited only to shop openings. Our expectations as Carrefour are unlimited quality service. We are satisfied to work with Teknogon who is offering good service quality within a short time. The good communication between us and the Teknogon team guarantees always the best outcomes. T: What are your comments on the potential and communication quality of the Teknogon team? A.A.: We as Carrefour sign tens of projects each year. Although these projects are drawn by our architects, the most important part is the project itself. With detailed drawings and investigations prepared by Teknogon, projects are formed from the start till the end, just like play dough. This forming is mainly done by Teknogon. You have to admit that the success of the team is based on many years of experience and the product variety of Teknogon. " T: What are your comments on product quality, variety and functionality? A.A.: As Carrefour, we have to offer our products in the most stylish and functional manner to our customers. The structures that we display our products on have to be durable, have to be made from high quality materials and should be functional. The product range offered to us by Teknogon covers all these specifications under the same roof. Teknogon is not only offering products they produce and create themselves, but also all opportunities and varieties from the international group they are part of. As Carrefour, we have a say in the matter on the Turkish market as well as markets throughout the world. T: What is your cooperation history with Teknogo? Are there any memories or a success stories you would like to share with us? A.A.: I think our greatest success story with Teknogon in the recent years is the hypermarket in Bayrampaşa. In the beginning of 2008, this store was chosen among all shops as the one where the new concept of the famous French design company InterBrand should be applied. As a result of lengthy meetings between the Teknogon team, Carrefour team and the Interbrand team, a big store with a net sales area of 7,000 m2 was not closed for even one day and all the present material was dismantled and replaced with new ones. In the beginning, the upper management planned a completion time of three months for this job, however, it was completed within 13 nights where the team worked from 10:00 p.m. to 08:00 a.m., which are the closing hours of the shop. The big success of such an aggressive change reflected in the figures, such as increase of customer numbers, the time customers spend in the shop and the increase in turnover. A.A.: The most important reason why we prefer Teknogon is good communication as well as fast and good quality solutions suggestions.
