T:Could you please explain your cooperation with Teknogon?N.Ö.: Our cooperation with Teknogon is based on many years of mutual sympathy and trust. When I look at it from the point of view of the Kiler family, I can see that from our first day of cooperation we left behind a very long way and I believe that this cooperation will continue for many years to come. As a former member of the Teknogon family, I can say that you have the most professional team which likes the work they are doing. In order to perform our job successfully, we always have to be in close support during project - sales as well as after sales services. Based on the experience from many years we mainly know what to expect from each other therefore we have no problems regarding the communication with your team. Just as the quality of the products sold in the store, also the quality, variety and functionality of the equipment is very important for us. I believe this requires a long lasting team work between two companies, which also covers after sales services.
T: What are your reasons to prefer Teknogon?N.Ö.:The quality of the material used for the products, the design quality, functionality of the products, after sales service are the most important reasons to prefer Teknogon. Because the retail sale sector is open to many changes and updates, we also prefer to reflect the innovations in the systems on the products. Your strong R&D and your team which creates solutions very fast are some of the reasons why we prefer to work with Teknogon.
As I mentioned before, of course the quality and variety of the products sold in our shops is very important, but at the same time the visual aspect in the shops is just as important. The quality and functionality of racks and cabinets used in the shop together with visual aspects and all other equipments together form the image of a shop. Regarding the above mentioned, we of course want to present our products to our customers with the newest technology.

T: Whould you please share a memory with Teknogon?N.Ö.: Apart from our cooperation, Teknogon was my first employer when I started to work and therefore Teknogon has always a special place in my life. With the experience and friendship I obtained at Teknogon I made it this far and I feel very lucky. I believe they are people with special skills in trade relations. One of my former employers is still working there. I would like to give my special respects to Mr. Metin Rozanes, our respective senior. I have learned a lot from him.
